Any negative responses made during the consultation period will not be counted as objections to the proposal, and instead will be counted as adverse comments.
Objections to a proposal can only be registered after the publication of a statutory notice which is the second stage in the proposal.
The consultation ended at midnight, 12 November 2020.

The Cabinet Member has considered all views expressed and responses received during the formal consultation process and has decided to proceed with the proposal to statutory notice stage.

The statutory notice period allows people to express their views in support of or objection to the proposal.

If no objections are received following the publication of the statutory proposal, the Cabinet Member will make the final decision whether to proceed.
If any objections are received and not subsequently withdrawn during this notice period, the council’s Cabinet will determine the final decision.
